Tell me about your business

We are a 4th Generation Family business that excels in the Jewellery Industry. At Nash's we focus on the customer by having the necessary tools at our disposal to build a relationship and make sure that every customers needs are fully taken care of. We employee only an educated, passionate staff that shares our love for the industry. Some of our major brands consist of Rolex, TAG Heuer, Forevermark, Mikimoto, Scott Kay, Ritani, Hamilton, Frederic Sage and many more.

Your Bio

I'm the 3rd of 6 sons and the first to join the family business. I grew up in London, attending Catholic Central and graduated from the University of Western Ontario. After University I travelled out west before coming back home to start running the family stores. I'm married to Melissa Nash and have 2 beautiful children. William (Liam) who is 5 years old and Laurel (Lulu) who is 3 years old

What inspired you to start your business?

History. After 96 years of a family business we are still energized and re-inventing ourselves on a daily basis with a desire not only to be the best, but to have the best to offer. Retail is not an easy profession, but I feel we do a great job at making the experience memorable

 

What do you do for couples?

We can supply all your bridal needs and we'll be here for atleast the next 60 years to make sure that your rings and potential jewellery down the road is a top quality product, with the service to back it up. We have hosted Bridal parties in our downtown store where the atmosphere is one that is hard to match being a 96 year old store. Brides and their friends can spend the day enjoying and trying on all kinds of beautiful jewellery.

 

Tell me about your favourite part of the job

Making people smile. It's easy to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. It's also easy to smile. That's your choice. I choose to do everything in my power to be and to apply happiness in all parts of my life; Especially the business which is built on emotion, romance and relationships.

Biggest piece of advice you give couples about their weddings:

Get things done in advance. It takes the pressure off and knocks one more thing off your list. You can always leave things in the vault until that special day, but atleast we know the rings will be right and they will fit on your wedding day.
