Do You Showcase Your Artwork With Style?

There's no question that I'm passionate about Photography. This is what I do! This is what I love! This is how I celebrate life! Does this sound familiar? You pick out a photographer, you both spend a great deal of time and energy getting the experience just right, and you chose to invest in the artwork you've created together. Then, you take these beautiful pieces of personal photographic art home and it sits in the packaging it came in while you figure out what to do with it.

Here's my solution for you - Custom Framing!

I absolutely love the personality of these beautiful handmade Canadian frames.

The next time you are celebrating with beautiful photographic art here's what I want to do for you

1) Come into your home (in person or virtually) & help you choose a location to showcase your new artwork

2) Design a wall display that fits your decor & style

3) Help you selecting the most complimentary wardrobe for everyone involved

4) Then, and only then, bring you in studio (or on location) and shoot to fill those frames with the perfect artwork for you and your home

Which of these frames do you love most and where would you put it?

Style Me Monday: Make friends with local designers!

This past month I had the great pleasure of working with talented London, Ontario designer Kristine Cook of Kristine Cook Designs on a custom dress that I just can't say enough good things about. I went to Kristine with two things a fabric I loved, and a basic design idea but Kristine took my ideas, my fabric, my style, and my body shape and made something stunning!

With this project completed I've got my eye on new custom designs (can't share too much yet) and some great pieces from the current line. Check out all of Kristine's beautiful work on Kristine Cook Designs Website

Wedding Wednesday: Wedding Day Menus

"Every Bride Loves Her Accessories"
- Katharine Hiegal as Jane in 27 Dresses
It's true every bride, and every woman in fact, loves their accessories! And the accessories don't stop at the veils, hair accessories, shoes, and jewellery. Today we're looking at one way you can accessorize your reception place settings, Your Dinner Menu!

Wedding Day Menus

Not everyone chooses to have a menu on their wedding day but if you do....I love the variety of styles available. It's another way to show your own unique style and personality on your wedding day (and alot less expensive than renting fancy dishes and flatware).
Above I've shown two simple versions I found on Pinterest of wedding day menus but the sky is the limit! Create a classic restaurant style menu...rename your dishes to relate to your theme, milestones in your relationship, or preferences of the bride and groom...the sky is the limit!
So go on, have some fun!
